Welcome to RVLD
RVLD shows you how AI engines talk about your brand and your products, and what to change to get recommended.
Your buyers no longer only search Google. They ask ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity, Claude and Google AI Mode what to buy, which brand to trust and where to get it. The answer names a few brands, in a certain order, with a certain tone.
That means visibility works differently now. RVLD shows you where your brand stands in AI answers, why, and what to do next.
Start with the . It walks you through your first project, prompts and competitors.
What you will find in these docs
What RVLD measures
RVLD tracks how your brand shows up in AI answers with four core metrics. Each one has its own page with more detail.
Every metric is shaped by the sources AI engines cite. Sources are often your best opportunity to improve. See .
How RVLD collects data
RVLD runs your prompts on the AI engines you choose, every day, and reads each answer in full. A prompt is a question a buyer would ask, not a keyword. For example:
best oud perfume for men in Riyadh under SAR 400- 1Your prompts
The questions your buyers ask AI, in any language.
- 2Your engines
Up to 3 of 9 AI engines, run every day.
- 3Full answers
Brands named, their order, the wording and the sources.
- 4Your metrics
Visibility, position, sentiment and share of voice over time.
AI answers change from one run to the next. RVLD runs every prompt daily, so you can trust the trend more than any single answer. Enterprise plans can also run weekly.
Supported AI engines
RVLD supports 9 AI engines. Every plan tracks up to 3 of them, and you can add more as add-ons. See .

How RVLD helps
Use RVLD to follow your AI visibility over time, see which competitors are gaining and find the sources that shape answers in your category.
- Track how often AI names your brand, day by day.
- Compare your brand with the competitors you add, including other names they go by.
- Find the sources AI trusts in your category, and the ones that never mention you.
- Read every answer in full, the way your buyers see it.
- Track your products, the prices AI quotes and the stores it sends shoppers to.
- Work through ranked actions, starting with the ones that matter most.
- Export to CSV, or connect RVLD to your tools through MCP and the API.
Quickstart
Set up your first project and see how AI talks about your brand.
Before you start
Have these ready. They take a few minutes to gather and make your first results much more useful.
- Your brand name and website
- The countries where you sell
- 3 to 5 competitors you lose sales to
- A list of questions your buyers ask, or use prompt suggestions
Set up in five steps
- 1Create a project
Add your brand name, website and the countries you sell in. See .
- 2Add competitors
Add the brands you compete with and the other names they go by. See .
- 3Add prompts
Start with 20 to 30 real buyer questions. RVLD also suggests prompts written from your website. See .
- 4Choose your AI engines
Pick up to 3 of the 9 engines RVLD supports. See .
- 5Read your first results
RVLD runs your prompts every day. Your results appear after the first run.
What to look at first
- Visibility. How often AI names you, compared with your competitors.
- The full answers. Read a few for your most important prompts to see why you are named or not.
- Sources. The sites AI cites most in your category, and which ones never mention you.
20 to 30 prompts you know your buyers ask beat 300 generic ones. Add more once you see which questions matter.
How RVLD works
RVLD asks AI engines the questions your buyers ask, every day, and turns the answers into numbers you can act on.
The daily run
Each day, RVLD sends every tracked prompt in your project to the AI engines you chose, for each country you track. It saves the full answer every time.
Enterprise plans can choose to run prompts weekly instead of daily.
What RVLD records from each answer
- Brands named
- Your brand, your competitors and any other brand the answer mentions.
- Order
- Where each brand appears in the answer.
- Wording
- The words used around each brand. This drives sentiment.
- Sources
- The websites the engine cites.
- Hidden searches
- The web searches the engine ran before it answered.
- Products and prices
- For shopping questions: the products named, the prices quoted and the stores linked.
From answers to metrics
RVLD combines the answers into metrics for each brand, engine, prompt, country and day: , , and .
Why results change from day to day
AI engines rarely give the same answer twice, even to the same question. That is why RVLD runs every prompt again each day. Look at the trend over a week or a month, not at a single day.
Plans and limits
Every plan includes the core features. Plans differ in how many prompts, projects and countries you can track.

Limits by plan
| Starter | Pro | Advanced | Enterprise | |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Projects | 1 | 2 | 5 | Unlimited |
| Countries per project | 1 | 3 | 3 | Unlimited |
Pause a project
On Pro and above, you can pause a project to stop new runs. Its history stays in your account.
Write your prompts
Prompts are the questions your buyers ask AI. Good prompts give you data that matches real buying decisions.
Questions, not keywords
People talk to AI in full sentences. Write prompts the way a buyer would type them.
| Good prompt | Weak prompt |
|---|---|
| best oud perfume for men in Riyadh under SAR 400 | oud perfume |
| which oud brands deliver same day in Jeddah? | oud delivery |
| is Ambr oud worth the price? | Ambr |
Mix branded and non-branded prompts
- Branded
- Mention your brand, such as “is Ambr oud long lasting?”. They show how AI describes you.
- Non-branded
- Do not mention any brand, such as “long lasting oud for summer”. They show whether AI recommends you to new buyers.
Add real detail
The details buyers add change which brands AI recommends. Include them where they matter:
- City or country
- Budget or price range
- Occasion, such as a gift
- Delivery, payment or other needs
Use prompt suggestions
RVLD writes prompt suggestions from your website. Keep the ones your buyers would really ask, and edit or delete the rest.
Prompts in any language
Write prompts in the language your buyers use. Each language version counts as its own prompt. See .
How many prompts
Starter includes 50 tracked prompts, Pro 150 and Advanced 350. Enterprise is custom.
Read a few full answers for each new prompt. If the answers are not about your category, rewrite the prompt.
Tags and intent
Tags group your prompts, so you can see where you win and where you lose.
Intent tags
Each prompt gets an intent tag based on what the buyer is trying to do.
- Informational
- The buyer is learning, such as “how long does oud oil last?”.
- Commercial
- The buyer is comparing options, such as “best oud brands in Saudi Arabia”.
- Transactional
- The buyer is ready to buy, such as “where to buy authentic oud oil in Riyadh”.
Branded and non-branded tags
Prompts that mention your brand are tagged branded. All others are non-branded. Most brands do well on branded prompts. Non-branded prompts show how you do with new buyers.
Topics
Group prompts into topics, such as a product line or category. For example: Oud oils, Gift sets and Home scents.
Use tags in your results
Filter your results by intent, branded or non-branded, and topic to see your visibility for each group.
Add competitors and aliases
Competitors let you compare your visibility with the brands AI recommends instead of you.
Who to add
- Brands you lose sales to
- Brands that show up in your AI answers. Check to find them
- Retailers or marketplaces, if they compete for the same questions
Add aliases
AI does not always write a brand name the same way. Add other spellings, short names and names in other languages, so every mention counts.
| Brand | Aliases |
|---|---|
| Oudhaus | Oud House, عود هاوس |
| Musk Lab | MuskLab, مسك لاب |
What you get
RVLD tracks every competitor on the same prompts and engines as your brand, with the same metrics: , , and .
Add more competitors when new brands start showing up in your answers.
Choose your AI engines

How to choose
- Pick the engines your buyers use most.
- Google AI Overviews and Google AI Mode appear inside Google search, so they reach people who still start on Google.
- Not sure? Ask your customers which AI tools they use when they shop.
Add more engines
Add engines one at a time on top of the 3 in your plan: $35 a month each on Starter, $85 on Pro and $165 on Advanced. See .
How often engines run
Every engine runs your prompts daily. Enterprise plans can also run weekly.
Countries and languages
Track your brand in every market you sell in, in the language your buyers use.
Countries
RVLD runs your prompts for each country in your project. The number of countries per project depends on your plan.
| Starter | Pro | Advanced | Enterprise | |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Countries per project | 1 | 3 | 3 | Unlimited |
Languages
RVLD supports prompts in any language, on every plan, at no extra cost. Answers are read in the language they are written in, so brand names and sentiment are picked up correctly.
Each language version of a question counts as its own prompt.
Answers to the same question in different languages often name different brands.
Overview dashboard
The overview shows where your brand stands in AI answers at a glance.
The summary
At the top, a short summary tells you where you rank and what to focus on. For example: “You're #2 in AI visibility. Only Oudhaus is named more often.”
Key numbers
- Visibility
- How often AI names your brand.
- Sentiment
- How AI describes your brand, from 0 to 100.
- Position
- Where you appear when named.
- Share of voice
- Your share of all brand mentions.
- Strongest engine
- The engine where you rank best.

Read the full answers
Every metric comes from real AI answers. Read them to see why your numbers move.
What you see for each answer
- The prompt and the AI engine
- The full answer, in its original language
- The brands named and their order, with yours highlighted
- The sources the engine cited
- The hidden searches the engine ran before it answered
Hidden searches
Many AI engines search the web before they answer. RVLD shows those searches, so you can see what the engine was looking for and which pages it found.
How to use the answers
- See why a competitor is named above you
- Find the words AI uses to describe you
- Spot wrong facts or old prices
- Find sources worth targeting
Sources
Sources are the websites AI engines cite in their answers. They shape what AI says about you.
The sources table
- Domain
- The website AI cited.
- Type
- What kind of site it is, such as Forum, Reviews, Competitor or You.
- Used
- The share of answers in your category that cite this site.
- Avg. citations
- How many times the site is cited per answer, on average.
Your best opportunities
Sites AI cites often that never mention your brand are usually your best opportunities. Getting mentioned there can change what AI says about you.
- Join the discussion on forums AI cites
- Get listed on review sites and gift guides
- Keep your own pages accurate, since AI cites them too
RVLD turns what it finds in your sources into ranked .
Reports and CSV exports
Share your AI visibility with your team or take the data into your own tools.
Competitive quadrant
The quadrant places every brand by visibility and sentiment. Two lines split it at the category averages:
- Leaders
- Above average on visibility and sentiment.
- Niche
- Well liked, but named less often.
- Controversial
- Named often, but described less well.
- Laggards
- Below average on both.
CSV exports
Export your data by date, engine and metric to CSV, then build reports in the tools you already use.
API and MCP
To automate reporting, pull your data through the or use it inside AI assistants with the .
Client reporting
Agencies can share dashboards and send automated reports to clients. See .
Visibility
Visibility is how often AI names your brand across the prompts you track.
How it is calculated
Answers that name your brand ÷ all answers for your tracked prompts
ExampleAI answers your prompts 200 times this week and names Ambr in 94 of them. Ambr's visibility is 47%.
How to read it
- Compare it with your competitors, not with 100%. In most categories, no brand is named in every answer.
- Filter by engine, country and tag to see where you are strong and where you are missing.
- Look at the trend over weeks, not a single day.
How to improve it
- Get mentioned on the sources AI cites in your category. See .
- Answer your buyers' questions clearly on your own website.
- Work through your , starting with high impact.
Position
Position is where your brand appears in an answer when AI names it.
How it is calculated
The sum of your positions ÷ the answers that name you
ExampleAmbr is named in 3 answers, in 1st, 2nd and 4th place. Its average position is #2.3.
How to read it
- Lower is better. #1 means AI names you first.
- Position only counts answers that name you, so always read it next to .
- Buyers read the first recommendations most closely, so moving from #3 to #1 matters.
Sentiment
Sentiment shows how AI describes your brand, scored from 0 to 100.
How it is scored
RVLD reads the words around your brand in each answer. Positive words raise the score and negative words lower it. Your sentiment is the average across all answers that name you.
Ambr is known for long-lasting oud oils with an authentic character, but some reviewers find it pricey.
Read the phrases
RVLD highlights the phrases that praise or criticize you, so you can see exactly why your score moved.
How to improve it
- Fix wrong facts at the source, such as an old review or a wrong price.
- Make your strengths easy to find on your website and product pages.
- Respond to recurring complaints in the places AI cites.
Share of voice
Share of voice is your share of all brand mentions in your category.
How it is calculated
Mentions of your brand ÷ mentions of all brands across your tracked prompts
ExampleAnswers to your prompts mention brands 1,000 times. 210 of those are Ambr. Ambr's share of voice is 21%.
Share of voice vs visibility
Visibility tells you how often you are named at all. Share of voice tells you how much of the conversation is yours. One answer can name several brands, so a brand can be visible often and still have a small share of voice.
Mentions and citations
Mentions count when AI names you. Citations count when AI uses your website as a source.
Definitions
- Mentions
- The number of answers that name your brand or one of its aliases.
- Citations
- The share of answers with sources that cite your own website.
Why you need both
You can be cited without being named, and named without being cited. When AI cites your page but recommends another brand, it trusts your content but not your brand yet. That is a gap worth closing.
Win rate
Win rate is how often AI recommends your product first in a shopping answer.
How it is calculated
Shopping answers where your product is recommended first ÷ shopping answers in its category
ExampleIn gift set answers, Ambr is recommended first 30% of the time and Oudhaus 34%.
Where you see it
Win rate appears in your product list, in each product's view and for each category. See .
Actions
Actions are clear next steps for your content, PR and product teams, ranked by impact.
What an action shows
- Priority
- High or Medium, based on how much the change can move your results.
- What to do
- One clear task, such as “Answer questions on perfume-forum.example”.
- Why
- The evidence behind it, such as how often a site is cited in your category.
- Expected gain
- For product actions, the visibility points you can expect to win back.
Common actions
- Join the discussion on forums AI cites often
- Get listed on review sites and gift guides
- Add missing details to product pages, such as how long a perfume lasts
- Fix wrong prices on marketplaces
- Restock products that dropped out of answers
Work through your actions
Start with high-priority actions. Then watch the related prompts over the next weeks to see the effect.
Shopping overview
Shopping tracks your products in AI shopping answers: which ones AI recommends, the price it quotes and where it sends shoppers.
What you can track
- Product visibility and
- How many AI answers each product appears in
- The price AI quotes, next to your catalog price
- Where AI sends shoppers to buy
- Products gaining or losing ground each week
- The attributes AI uses to compare products
Shopping prompts
Shopping answers come from buying questions, such as:
best oud gift set under SAR 500 with delivery in RiyadhRVLD matches each of your products to the questions shoppers ask in its category.
Get started
First, .
Connect your catalog
Bring your products into RVLD from your store or a spreadsheet.
Ways to connect
- Shopify, Salla or Zid
- Add your store link. Our agents crawl your catalog: every product, price and category.
- Excel
- Upload a file with one product per row.
What RVLD reads
- Product name
- Category
- Price
- Product page
When your data arrives
Your first product data arrives in about 30 minutes. After that, RVLD updates it every day.
If you use Excel, upload a new file whenever your prices or products change, so price checks stay accurate.
Product metrics
Every product gets its own numbers, updated daily.
Metrics for each product
- AI visibility
- The share of shopping answers in its category that name the product.
- Win rate
- How often AI recommends it first.
- Appearances
- How many AI answers it appeared in this month.
- AI price
- The price AI quotes, compared with your catalog price.
- Where AI sends shoppers
- The stores and marketplaces AI links to, and how often.
- Prompts
- The questions that bring the product up, and its rank on each engine.
Gainers and losers
Each week, RVLD lists the products that gained or lost AI placements, with the reason behind each move.
Price checks
AI engines often quote old or wrong prices. Price checks catch them.
How price checks work
For each product, RVLD compares the price each engine quotes with your catalog price. When they differ, the product is flagged and RVLD shows the page the price came from.
Statuses
- Matches
- AI quotes your catalog price.
- Lower or higher
- AI quotes a different price, for example “SAR 71 lower”.
- Not quoted
- No engine shows a price for this product yet.
Fix a wrong price
- Update the listing the price came from, such as a marketplace or review site
- Show the price clearly on your own product page
- Check the product again after the next daily run
Comparison gaps
Comparison gaps show the attributes AI uses to compare products, and where your product pages fall short.
Attributes
For each category, RVLD lists the attributes AI mentions most when it compares products, and how often. In oud gift sets, for example: lasts all day, under SAR 500, same-day delivery, gift-ready box and verified reviews.
Gaps
A gap is an attribute AI links to a competitor but not to you. For example, Oudhaus says “gift-ready box” on every product page and Ambr does not, so AI gives that point to Oudhaus.
Close a gap
- Add the attribute to your product titles and descriptions, in plain words
- Use the same wording on marketplaces and your own store
- Check the category again after a few daily runs
Agency workspace
Agency plans let you run AI visibility for every client from one account.
What agencies get
- A project for each client brand
