Terms of Use

1. Introduction

Welcome to RVLD ("revealed," "Company," "we," "our," "us"). These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our website at https://rvld.app, the RVLD platform, and any associated services, reports, and dashboards (collectively, the "Service").

Your use of the Service is also subject to our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect personal data. Together, these Terms and our Privacy Policy form a binding agreement between you and RVLD ("Agreement"). If you use the Service on behalf of a company or brand, you confirm you are authorized to bind that organization, and "you" includes that organization.

By accessing or using the Service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree to any part of it, you must not use the Service. For questions, contact us at Khaled@rvld.app.

2. The Service

RVLD is an AI visibility intelligence platform. It runs prompts across third-party AI assistants and answer engines (such as ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, Perplexity, Copilot, DeepSeek, Grok, Google AI Overviews, and Google AI Mode) and reports how brands appear in their answers. Reports may include mention rate, ranking, sentiment, visibility, share of voice, and competitor comparisons.

Each project tracks one market, defined as one country and one language, chosen by you at onboarding. Tracking additional markets, languages, prompts, or AI platforms may require a higher plan or paid customization. We may add, change, or remove supported AI platforms, metrics, or features at any time.

3. Communications

By creating an account, you consent to receive communications from us, including service alerts, reports, product updates, newsletters, and promotional materials. You may opt out of non-essential communications at any time using the unsubscribe link in our emails or by contacting us. Service and account notices cannot be opted out of while your account is active.

4. Purchases

When making a purchase through the Service ("Purchase"), you may need to provide payment details such as card information and billing address. By submitting this information, you represent and warrant that:

• You have the legal authority to use the payment method provided.
• The information you provide is accurate and complete.

We use third-party payment processors. By submitting payment information, you authorize us to share it with these processors as described in our Privacy Policy.

RVLD may cancel any order at its discretion, including in cases of errors, fraud, or unauthorized activity. Abuse of our systems, such as repeatedly creating free trials or accounts, may result in cancellation of orders or termination of your account.

5. Subscriptions

The Service is offered on a subscription basis ("Subscription"), billed monthly or annually ("Billing Cycle"). Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each Billing Cycle unless canceled through your account settings or by contacting support before the renewal date.

Each plan includes defined limits, such as the number of projects, markets, prompts, AI platforms, and seats. Usage beyond your plan limits may require an upgrade. You must keep accurate billing information and a valid payment method on file. If automatic billing fails, we may issue an invoice for manual payment and may suspend the Service until payment is received. Only one discount applies per Subscription. Prices exclude applicable taxes, including VAT, which will be added where required.

6. Free Trials

We may offer limited-time free trials ("Free Trial"). If billing information is required to start a Free Trial, you will not be charged until the trial ends, at which point your selected plan begins unless you cancel beforehand. Free Trials may include reduced prompt volumes, platforms, or features. RVLD may modify or cancel Free Trial offers at any time without notice.

7. Fee Changes

We may change Subscription fees at our discretion. We will notify you in advance of any change so you can cancel before it takes effect. Continuing to use the Service after a fee change takes effect means you accept the new fees.

8. Refunds

Refund requests may be considered for Subscriptions within 3 days of the initial purchase. Renewals, add-ons, and custom work are non-refundable unless required by law. To request a refund, contact us at Khaled@rvld.app.

9. Your Data and Inputs

To set up a project, you provide information such as your brand name, website, market, language, competitors, topics, and custom prompts ("Inputs"). You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of your Inputs and confirm that you have the right to submit them.

You retain ownership of your Inputs. You grant RVLD a non-exclusive, worldwide license to use, process, and store your Inputs to provide, maintain, and improve the Service. This includes sending prompts to third-party AI platforms on your behalf.

We may use aggregated and de-identified data derived from use of the Service, such as industry-level visibility trends and benchmarks, for analytics, research, and product improvement. Such data will not identify you or your brand as its source.

10. AI-Generated Outputs and Reports

The Service collects answers generated by third-party AI platforms ("AI Responses") and produces analysis, scores, and recommendations based on them ("Reports"). You acknowledge that:

• AI Responses are generated by third parties that RVLD does not own or control. They may be inaccurate, incomplete, biased, outdated, or offensive, and they do not reflect RVLD's views.
• AI platforms vary their answers by time, location, account, model version, and phrasing. Reports reflect a sample of responses at the time collected and may not match what an individual user sees.
• Metrics such as visibility, ranking, sentiment, and share of voice are estimates produced by automated methods, including AI models, and may contain errors.
• RVLD does not guarantee any improvement in your brand's visibility, ranking, traffic, or sales, whether or not you follow recommendations in a Report.
• Reports are provided for informational purposes only and are not legal, financial, or professional advice. You are responsible for any decisions you make based on them.

Subject to these Terms and payment of applicable fees, you may use Reports for your internal business purposes, including sharing them with your employees, agencies, and advisors. You may not resell, sublicense, or publish Reports as a commercial product without our prior written consent.

11. Prohibited Uses

You may use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to use the Service:

1. In any way that violates applicable laws or regulations, including those of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, the United Arab Emirates, the United Kingdom, the United States, and the European Union.
2. To create, publish, or spread false, misleading, or defamatory content about any brand, person, or competitor, including content designed to manipulate or poison the outputs of AI platforms.
3. To transmit spam, junk mail, chain letters, or similar unsolicited promotional material.
4. To impersonate the Company, a Company employee, another user, or any person or entity, or to misrepresent your affiliation with any brand.
5. To track brands for any purpose that is fraudulent, harassing, or harmful. Benchmarking your brand against competitors for legitimate business analysis is permitted.
6. In any way that violates the terms of service, usage policies, or acceptable use policies of any third-party AI platform. You are solely responsible for any consequences of such violations.
7. To engage in conduct that restricts others' use of the Service, or that could harm the Company or its users or expose them to liability.

Additionally, you agree not to:

1. Use the Service in a manner that could disable, overburden, damage, or impair it, or interfere with others' use of it.
2. Use robots, spiders, scrapers, or other automated means to access the Service, extract data, or copy Reports, except through features or APIs we provide.
3. Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to derive the source code, prompts, scoring methods, or models behind the Service.
4. Use the Service or its Reports to build or train a competing product, or to benchmark the Service for a competitor.
5. Share account credentials, or resell or provide access to the Service to third parties without our written consent.
6. Introduce viruses, trojan horses, worms, logic bombs, or other malicious or harmful material.
7. Attempt unauthorized access to, interfere with, or disrupt the Service, its servers, or connected networks, including through denial-of-service attacks.
8. Take actions that damage the Company's reputation or otherwise interfere with the proper functioning of the Service.

12. Third-Party AI Platforms

The Service depends on third-party AI platforms and their APIs. These providers may change, limit, or discontinue access, pricing, or models at any time. RVLD is not responsible for their availability, content, or practices, and may need to modify or stop tracking a platform as a result. Such changes do not entitle you to a refund unless required by law.

13. Analytics

We may use third-party service providers, such as Google Analytics, to monitor and analyze use of our website and Service. These providers may collect data according to their own privacy policies. You can learn how Google uses data at Google's Privacy Terms.

14. Accounts

By creating an account, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and that the information you provide is accurate, complete, and current. Failure to do so may result in account termination.

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential and for all activity under your account, including activity by team members you invite. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use or security breach.

We may refuse service, suspend or terminate accounts, or remove projects at our discretion, including for violations of these Terms.

15. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its software, design, prompt libraries, scoring methods, metrics, and branding, excluding your Inputs, is the exclusive property of the Company and its licensors. It is protected by copyright, trademark, and other applicable laws in Saudi Arabia, the UAE, and internationally. Nothing in these Terms transfers any of these rights to you.

16. Feedback

Feedback you provide to the Company, including error reports, feature requests, and suggestions, becomes Company property. The Company may use it without restriction or obligation to you.

17. Links to Other Websites

The Service and its Reports may contain links to third-party websites, including sources cited by AI platforms. We do not control or endorse these websites and are not responsible for their content, policies, or practices.

18. Disclaimer of Warranty

The Service and all Reports are provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent permitted by law, we make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the Service's operation, availability, accuracy, or fitness for a particular purpose. Use is at your own risk.

19. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, RVLD will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the fees you paid to RVLD in the 12 months before the claim arose.

20. Termination

You may cancel your Subscription at any time, effective at the end of the current Billing Cycle. We may suspend or terminate your access immediately if you breach these Terms. On termination, your right to use the Service ends, and we may delete your projects and data after a reasonable retention period.

21. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Any dispute arising from them will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Riyadh.

22. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or through the Service. Continuing to use the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
