What is a client project?

A client project is one client brand you track, with its own prompts, competitors and settings. Essential includes 3 client projects, Growth 5, Scale 10 and Comprehensive unlimited.

What is a pitch project?

A pitch project is a 7-day workspace that shows a prospect how AI engines talk about their brand before they sign. Each pitch project includes 25 prompts on Essential, 50 on Growth, 75 on Scale and 200 on Comprehensive.

How many pitch projects can I run?

You can run 3 active pitch projects on Essential, 5 on Growth, 7 on Scale and 10 on Comprehensive.

What happens when I win the pitch?

Convert the pitch project into a paid client project. Every agency plan includes this.

Do my clients need their own seats?

No. Every agency plan includes unlimited client users at no extra cost.

How does billing work?

Consolidated billing puts every client on one invoice. Pay monthly, or yearly and save 20%.

How do I report to clients?

Every plan includes shareable dashboards, automated client reporting and custom CSV exports.

Can I track more than 3 AI engines?

Yes. Add engines one at a time. Each extra engine costs $35 a month on Essential, $85 on Growth and $165 on Scale, based on the prompts in your plan.
